Alana Hrehoresen, who goes by the artist name LANA, is a twenty two year old LGBTQIA+ indie pop singer, songwriter and independent recording artist. She is known for her powerful pop vocals, honest storytelling, and infectious energy. Blending heartfelt emotion with modern pop production, her music captures the highs and lows of love, self-discovery, and everything in between.

Over the years, LANA has showcased her vocal talents and original music online and at various events and shows around Melbourne. She has written and released several original songs, along with many cover songs, which have reached a worldwide audience and are all available to stream on all major music platforms, including Spotify, Apple Music and YouTube. 

“I began writing music 7 years ago now, as a form of therapy and an outlet for my heavy emotions. Finding songs that I can 100% relate to is difficult as my story is so unique, so being able to write my own songs, tell my stories and put them out for the world to hear is so special.”

With a steadily growing audience, LANA is forging her own path as an independent artist. As both an artist and mentor, she is dedicated to creating safe, fun, and authentic spaces where people can connect with her music and with themselves. Her mission is to inspire openness, confidence, and self-expression, whether she's performing on stage, writing in the studio, or guiding her students toward their own dreams.
